I appeared on Doctor Radio (Sirius Satellite Radio Channel 114 or XM Radio Channel 119) on December 11, 2009 talking about video games for the holiday season.

Perri Peltz conducted the interview. Perri Peltz is a television news journalist and public health advocate. Most recently she served as an anchor and reporter for WNBC-TV and NBC News where she focused on issues relating to poverty and health. Peltz first joined WNBC in 1987, serving as a reporter, then as a co-anchor, of the weekend editions of "Today in New York" and the evening newscasts. Both in and outside journalism, Peltz has pursued her passion for public health and medicine. Peltz holds a master's degree in Public Health from Columbia University and recently completed a year of medical school at Mount Sinai. Peltz resides in the city with her husband and three sons.

We'll be talking about the best video games for the family, the ratings system, and more. Other guests will include behavioral psychologist Dr. Lori Evans and Cheryl Olson.

Dr. Evans is a specialist in ADHD and Behavior Disorders. Dr. Lori Evans is Director of Training at the NYU Medical Center Psychology program and Dr. Evans has coordinated the "Treatment of Adolescent Suicide Attempters" study at the NYU Child Study Center.

Cheryl Olson, Ph.D./Co-Founder & Co-Director of the Center for Mental Health and Media, based in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Dr. Olson was the Principle Investigator of a two-year study of more than 1200 junior high school students, and 500 parents on the use of video games; She’s the co-author of the book, Grand Theft Childhood: The Surprising Truth About Violent Video Games & What Parents Can Do.
