Energizer has several recharging systems for the major next-gen gaming systems and they recently sent the Xbox 360 recharging station for me to take a look at. They stylish $29.99 stand can charge two Microsoft controllers simultaniously in about 2 and a half hours. It can reduce clutter and simplify the chore of keeping your gaming platform in an "always ready to play" state. Instead of multiple cables, you only have a single, small transformer to plug into the wall - the charger can be located independently of the Xbox 360.
That said, I was disappointed that the unit didn't include any rechargable batteries. For those, you'll need to invest separately. Also, the charger may not work with 3rd party controllers or non-Energizer batteries - so the value of this product to you will depend on your stock of peripherals.
If you're looking for a way to keep down the clutter and keep your controllers ready to play at any time, this makes a great add-on for your game room.
