Mophie is long known and respected for its power solutions, from cases to battery packs to chargers, and the three units I reviewed will only enhance that reputation.

The 3-in-1 wireless charging stand ($) and the  2-in-1 wireless charging stand are both designed to sit by your bedstand or on your desk and provide a simple solution for all the gadgets in your life.  The 3-in-1 provides fast, wireless charging to an iPhone, Apple Watch and Apple Airpods.

The watch stand is perfect for using Bedside Mode, which will display the time, charging status/level, and alarm.  Just enable the mode in your iPhone's settings

Using them couldn't be simpler.  Plug in the power, snap in the stands for the phone and watch, and you're done.  Just place your phone and watch on the stands, place the iPods case in the shallow indent, and you're done.  They will instantly start to charge.  A nice touch is that the phone can be put on the stand in portrait or horizontal mode, so you can use it to watch videos, something that my wired stands often failed at because of the location of the power port.

The stand is powerful enough to charge all three devices at the same time, and it will charge even through many phone cases.

I took issue with a couple of the design choices.  First, you don't have control over the placement of the three devices.  On the 3-in-1, from left to right, first comes the AirPods, then the iPhone, and finally, the watch holder.  Usually, the last thing I put away at night are my earbuds, so that means reaching across the unit, potentially knocking things off.  Also, the power cord is fixed behind and centered on the charger.  So, if you want to orient the stand facing your bed (so you can see the time, and potentially watch a movie) the unsightly wire will be visible when facing the bed.  Also, the cord is not locked in place, meaning someone cleaning the nightstand might accidentally disconnect the power by dislodging the cable.  It might have been better if the port had been under the unit, with channels for running the cable in any direction.  These are minor quibbles, of course.

The take-away is that the 3-in-1 and 2-in-1 charging stands perform their primary function admirably.

The Powerstation all-in-one is a combination wireless charger and power bank.  It has a spot for your iPhone, a pop-up stand for an Apple Watch a USB C and USB A port that can be used for wired charging.  The 8000 mAh battery claims it can power an iPhone for upt to 42 hours, an iPad Mini for 11, or an iPad Pro for 7 hours.  The device  does not include the wall-wart you might need to charge it.  You can, of course, plug it into a computer to charge, as well.  Still, there are occassions on the road where I might want to leave the computer at home, and not having a supplied wall-wart would be an inconvenience.

While the "power" of the Powerstation is undeniable, I can easily forsee situations where you could be left without power.  The device can be used to charge or get charged, but it can't do both things at once.  So, the idea of using it as a plugged-in charger until you need to take it with you doesn't really work, as your phone won't get charged if the device is plugged into the wall.

Nevertheless, this is a powerful battery with the added benefit of not requiring cables to charge your iPhone or Apple Watch.  As long as you understand its limitations and are ok with them, it might deserve a spot in your travel bag.
